Basic skills and movement sequences are taught under the motto "Play & Fun".

Fitness & Warm-up

Basic fitness is established and improved. This starts with the warm-up exercises.

Training Together

Teamwork is paramount in martial arts! Kids learn respect, discipline, mutual acceptance, and ambition best from each other!

Violence prevention & frustration tolerance

Here, kids don't learn how to wrestle!

Rather: "How do I deal with myself and my feelings when I'm frustrated?"
