We offer professional martial arts and fitness training on over 500m².
Of this, over 150m² are laid out with the best roll-up mat and equipped with a boxing ring, cage and plenty of punching bags.
Our spacious fitness and equipment area is equipped with high-quality and modern equipment.

Grappling and BJJ are martial arts designed to be able to prevail even against physically superior "opponents"!
The main focus here is on ground fighting.
Leverage, holding and chokeholds are used to try to force the surrender of one's "opponent".
The training is a true full-body workout.
